Steps to process claim

    1. Complete form below and return within FIVE BUSINESS DAYS OF MERCHANDISE RECEIPT.
    2. Supply photos of the item showing different views (JPEGs or PNGs only please).
    3. Save all boxes and packing material for a possible on-site inspection. IF YOU DO NOT SAVE, YOUR CLAIM COULD POSSIBLY BE DENIED BY THE CARRIER.
    4. Final result will be provided within seven business days.
