What This Means for Our Current Customers
You will notice changes in the login process and account management but it should be largely seamless.
- You will continue to access the website through the same URL.
- Passwords will be replaced with a code sent to your email for logging in
- Current ordering processes will remain available. New payment options may be available if you qualify.
- When logged in you will still see our wholesale (B2B) pricing
- Additional tools for managing your company will be available. One person in companies with multiple personal web accounts will have administrative permissions (such as: ability to change company address, invite new team members). If needed, contact us to change the primary contact.
Your old orders, unfortunately, will not be visible. We still have access to them, however, and can assist you in retrieving information if needed,
What This Means for New Customers
You will be able to see retail pricing and order right away. If you are a business, register with this form [[not active yet]]. We will review your application and get back to you.
Planned Launch
The updated experience will happen soon [[ can replace with date ]]. During the transition, there may be brief periods of maintenance, but we do not anticipate any significant disruption to ordering.
